Erick Kaardal speaks are the District's 2024 Final Monthly Meeting

Attorney Erick Kaardal, a partner of Mohrman, Kaardal & Erickson, P.A., specializes in suing the government to improve it. 

Over the course of his three-decade career, Kaardal has achieved 68 election integrity counter-lawfare victories, including two U.S. Supreme Court wins. 

He is special counsel to the Thomas More Society.  His graduated from Harvard College and the University of Chicago Law School.  

Erick’s comments will include how the US House could attempt to use the US Constitution to delay/defer the swearing in of President-Elect Donald J. Trump.
